The iRest co-meditation dyad is a profound one to one practice where space and support is held to welcome and allow whatever is arising in the moment-just as it is.
One is invited to meet these feelings to the degree one chooses to and the process unfolds at ones own pace. iRest co-meditation dyads are about learning to listen from a place of wholeness rather than a place of brokenness or wanting to fix something. It allows us to experience our place of true knowing.
Co-meditation dyads can help one to break free from old self limiting beliefs. It can help the body release stored past trauma, injury and pain and help one to uncover their inner peace and resilience. Often deep insights occur during the session or after in the form of answers, clarity and even requests for action.
Co-meditation dyads are practiced sitting face to face in person or virtually. One may choose to have their eyes open or closed.
